How it works
Four quick rules, then dig in

Start with one
Ask for one entree or sushi roll per person to kick things off. Your server sends it to the kitchen or sushi bar right away.

Wave for round two
Almost through your plate? Tell your server what's next and it goes in. Keep going until you're happily full.

Small orders, often
Ordering a little at a time keeps everything fresh. Big leftovers, and food boxed up to go, may be charged extra.

Coming as a crowd?
Tables of six or more are welcome. An 18% service charge is added for groups that size.

These are dishes from our own kitchen and sushi bar. The dinner list alone has 28 chef's special rolls, 22 classic rolls and 16 kinds of nigiri.

Lunch runs Monday to Friday with 72 numbered dishes. Dinner opens the full board: 105 dishes, adding extras such as hibachi scallops, takoyaki, yellowtail, toasted eel, octopus and twice as many chef's special rolls.
